How the initial process works

Call us and discover if we’re a good fit

You decide what to share. We will explore if we are a good fit for each other. You can explain your situation in detail or just ask how our process works.

Schedule a session and start your process

You decide when you want to start. We work from Monday to Sunday so we just need to find a time that works for you and your needs.

Come to your session or call to cancel it

You decide when you want to start the process. After our call, come to your first session or cancel it if you start feeling better. Just let us know at least 24 hours before.

During the first session

Tell us about you and your needs

You decide the pace. Some people are an open books, others need more time to feel safe. I want you to feel comfortable. We will wait until you feel that you can trust.

Share how you want the process to go

You decide how the therapy process will work. Maybe you want us to ask many questions, maybe you just need somebody that listens without interruptions. We will adapt to your needs.

Decide how we are going to continue

You decide if you want to continue or if one session is enough. At the end of every session, you can say: let’s schedule a new session or you can decide to call when you feel you need it.
