What is the Process?

1. Initial Interview:

  • You inform us about the type of report needed and the reason for requesting it, and we schedule an initial 2-hour interview.
  • For the interview day, we ask you to bring all documentation and case support to avoid scheduling an additional interview.
  • The interview will be conducted in Spanish if necessary. At the conclusion of the interview, a payment of $450 is required.
  • If necessary, we will confirm any doubts or additional information over the phone.

2. Report Creation:

  • The final cost of the report is a flat rate of $850 (including the cost of the interview).
  • The report will be delivered in English.
  • We commit to delivering the report within 2-3 weeks after confirming all necessary information.
  • If express delivery is required in 1 week, an additional fee of $100 applies.

3. Final Delivery:

  • Upon completing the report, we will contact you to schedule a 30-minute delivery appointment.
  • During the appointment, we will read the report content (in Spanish if necessary) to confirm the accuracy of the information and make any minor changes if necessary.
  • Payment for the remaining balance of the report ($400) will be processed during this appointment. 
  • We will hand over the final report in an envelope, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.
